Recently I was interested in purchasing a house and needed someone to carry out a pre purchase survey for me .I decided go with Jeremy Kelly fas his reviews on tradesman.ie were excellent . It was a great decision He proved to be every bit as impressive as his reviews and and gave me a very comprehensive report of the property than surprised me with some of the issues he found and highlighted .He also dealt patiently with any queries that I raised afterwards and gave me good advice . – Score: 10/10
